Making a splash for charity

The latest challenge to be dreamed up by fundraisers at the Kent and Medway Charity Team and its media partners at the KM Group involves participants stepping inside a giant hamster ball and trying to walk, run or roll the length of a swimming pool.
Each heat involves three KM water walking zorbs lining up next to each other with competitors racing the 25m to the other side of the pool.
Note you will not get wet and do not have to wear a swimming costume as you are inside the ball, not in the water.
Two sessions
Adults (16+) To take part adult participants pay the £10 registration fee online and should aim to raise £75 for their favourite charity, club or PTA. There is a maximum weight restriction of 15 stone.
You will be asked to indicate your prefered time to take part and if you wish to do so with specific friends we ask that you give your group a team name so our admin staff know to group you together when allocating time slots.
Children (15 and under) To take part child participants pay the £10 registration fee but are not expected to raise additional funds for charity. If the children's event raises additional funds after operating costs then this money will be used to support the children's road safety work of the KM Charity Team.

Prizes will be presented to the fastest man and woman, fastest boy and girl as well as to the top fundraisers.
